Shipping Policy: Northeast Fasteners Co., Inc. charges shipping rates according the UPS rate schedule. We reserve the right to use the postal carrier of our choice which may include UPS, USPS or FedEx. Non-freight shipping and handling costs are included in the postage rate charged to the customer at the time of purchase.
Freight Policy: We will contact you if a Freight Quote is required. We are happy to pass along the volume shipping discounts we receive from our wide variety of national carriers. Industrial Storage Depot will ship via the best available routing. Orders will be accepted using specifically requested carriers if possible. In order to ship FOB we need to know if there is a loading dock and forklift where the product is being shipped.
Returns/Cancellations: We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or you may return the product for a full refund. Custom products from Durham are built immediately at the time of your order and not refundable or returnable. Orders (excluding Durham products) may be cancelled within 72 hours except where the order has already shipped. Custom orders are non-cancelable. For items that are returnable, returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original cartons and in new condition. Merchandise returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Damaged Items: Product must be inspected at the time of delivery before the truck driver leaves or customer is reponsible for any damages. If you receive a damaged item it must be signed "damaged" at the time of delivery or the item can not be returned. All goods must be returned in the original carton, have a RGA# (return goods authorization) and must not be altered in any way.
Delivery Time: Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. Custom products from Durham allow 10-20 day delivery.
